What we collect on this site
Name, email, phone, company, message content, and the page you submitted from. Chatbot leads capture the same fields when you ask to be contacted. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and timestamps. We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN, or payment card data on this website.
Why we use it
To reply to demos and quotes, to route operations issues, and to keep the site secure. If analytics IDs are configured, aggregated traffic is used to fix broken pages — not to sell a retargeting audience.
Where it goes
Lead data is forwarded only to the inboxes and webhooks set in environment variables. Do not enable those integrations until a DPA and retention schedule exist. Hosting and email providers process data as processors under their own terms.
Cookies and similar storage
Essential storage remembers cookie consent. Optional analytics load only after you accept, and only if a GA4 or GTM ID is present. Maps on Locations/Contact load map tiles when you open those pages. See the Cookie Policy for the storage key.
Programme data (calls, WhatsApp, SMS)
Recordings, transcripts, and message content from live programmes are governed by the commercial agreement and applicable TRAI / platform rules — not by this marketing-site draft alone. Counsel should review before go-live if you process call audio or WhatsApp content.
Your requests
Business users may request access or deletion of form leads by emailing the address above. This site is intended for organisations, not children. We will not sell website form data as a list.
