We publish leadership profiles for people who own delivery. Placeholder “team of 200 experts” blocks do not appear on this site.

DLT, DND, template categories, and WhatsApp quality are product decisions. Leadership is accountable when a programme tries to skip them.
No invented proof
If a client has not authorised a number, it stays “[Verified stat pending]”. That rule is set at the top, not by a designer filling a dashboard.
